Company details

Shown on invoices, quotes, and in every automated email.

If your trading name is a trading name of a registered company, fill these in — invoices, quotes and warranty documents will show "[trading name] is a trading name of [legal entity name], Company No: [number]" automatically.

Job reference numbers

Every new job gets one of these automatically (e.g. VL-0001). Change the next number here if you ever need to restart or skip ahead — this won't affect job references already assigned.

Shown on invoices as a payment option, alongside any Stripe link.
